IMPORTANT:
An LED light on the gate will flash as you pass to indicate your Timing Chip was detected and your race has been registered.
It is your responsability to check that your pass has triggered the LED light. No tag reading = no result.
If running as a group, try to pass a gate one after another to make sure each tag is read properly.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
  1. After purchasing a timing chip, register it at www.officialtracks.com/register
  2. Enter a valid email adress
  3. Choose the track you want to run
  4. Make sure you understand your track route and the gates you need to pass during your race.Some races only have one gate as a start and an end. Some races require you to go through different gates.Check our google maps with photos. Check our tracks here.
  5. Go to the start gate, go past the gate and check that the LED on the gate flashes everytime your pass a gate.
  6. Go through the necessary gates to complete your race.
  7. Once you have passed the finish gate, your result will appear on our leaderboards.
  8. View and share your results
  9. See how you are ranked on the Queenstown Leaderboards.

  2. Make sure you bring the online receipt with the transaction number to the store.
